12 Dec Top 3 Things We Learned at the Impact Manufacturing Summit
It starts with being a change agent
In October of this year, we at RhinoDox were fortunate enough to attend the IMPACT Manufacturing Summit in Schaumburg, IL. We met manufacturers from a broad spectrum of spaces and sizes, and learned a great deal about the pains they feel in their daily operation – ranging from lack of transparency in communications to difficulty finding short term ROI in technology projects. We also learned a great deal about what some of the leading companies are doing to address those pains.
And that often starts with one person’s willingness to be a change agent.
We wrote about our learnings and published them at: https://www.manufacturing.net/blog/2018/11/what-we-learned-impact-manufacturing-summit
Zach Debelak is the Senior Vice President of Product at RhinoDox. Before RhinoDox, he spent nearly a decade at rapid-growth and startup tech companies in Chicago. Prior to that he spent over a decade in mobile telecom and management consulting. When Zach is not a busy rhino, he enjoys reading an almost-offensive amount of books, cooking (often poorly) and spending time with his wife, toddler son and dog.
